
Conferencing
Hotel Nest has been designed to accommodate both unique and traditional events with conferencing facilities to suit all your individual requirements. With 4 separate spaces suitable for groups ranging from 10 to 80, hourly, half day and full day packages available all with food and beverage options.
Full day and half day conference packages can be tailored to meet your business needs with access to projector facilities, teleconferencing equipment, broadband and all other individual requirements to make your next event a success
Conferences are based on $95 per person for full day (half day $75 per person) and include the following:
- 8 hour room hire (Additional time extensions on application)
- Tables set as per your requirements with stationery, pencils, water and mints
- All non – alcoholic beverages served throughout the day
- Morning and afternoon tea
- One course lunch menu
Food and beverage packages can be tailored to suit all your individual needs whether that be after drinks and cocktail food upon the closing of your event or a more extensive menu to be served throughout the day. The events team can also arrange on your behalf team building activities that would be held either in the local parks or at the local beach of Port Phillip Bay. Pricing of these type of activities are upon application.
Nest Function Room
The Nest Function Room can cater up to 60 guests and can be flexible in terms of table format and seating arrangements depending on your business needs. The Nest Function Room can be divided into two spaces, The Balcony or The Fireplace. The balcony holding up to 30 guests sit down while the Firepalce accommodating 50 guests. The Nest Function Room is located on the 1st Floor and has been designed including its own personal bar. If weekend use is required please consult with one of our Events Team members who can tailor your corporate package.
Private Dining Room
The Nest Private Dining Room is perfect for smaller conferences or group meetings. It can accommodate up to 22 guests. For full day use of the Nest Private Dining Room from 9 am to 5 pm (excluding December) the minimum charge is $500.
Nest Dining Room
The Nest Dining Room can accommodate up to 66 guests. This is the main restaurant that can be exclusively booked for your business conference or group meeting. The room can be set up for 30 to 40 guests using a shaped table or the workshop style format.
There is a minimum charge and is priced on application.
